We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@ctrlblu.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We may ask for a photo of the issue to assist with your claim.
